Senior Data Engineer Azure Data Platform Power BI & PySpark Remote in Mexico

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to join our team on a remote long-term engagement. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced data-driven environment and can translate business requirements into robust analytics solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain scalable data pipelines on the Azure platform using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics and PySpark.
• Develop, optimize and manage Power BI dashboards to support enterprise reporting and data visualization needs.
• Enhance Cosmos processing performance by writing and optimizing Scope Scripts for large-scale data jobs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data pipelines and ensure seamless delivery of analytics and reporting solutions.
• Maintain strong data governance ensuring data quality, security and compliance across all systems and processes.
• Translate business requirements into efficient data models leveraging DAX dimensional modeling and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.
