Spa Supervisor – Cabo San Lucas

The Café del Sol Spa will open at the newly developed Cabo Del Sol resort, offering guests world‑class wellness and relaxation. This role is ideal for an energetic leader eager to manage Spa operations and guide service teams toward exceeding guests’ desires.
Responsibilities
- The Spa Supervisor will support reception and coordinate daily Spa front operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee cleaning standards and protocols across Spa rooms, wet areas, fitness pool, and related facilities.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, Reservation, PBX, Engineering and other departments to achieve maximum guest satisfaction and policy compliance.
- Train, schedule, monitor employee performance, discipline and complete payroll with the assistance of the Department Head.
- Maintain inventories, place purchase orders, and generate necessary purchase requisitions.
- Track and produce statistical reports such as treatment occupancy, revenue per therapist, peak periods, and turn‑away reports.
- Assist in preparing annual plans, forecasts, and managing expenses to meet departmental budgetary goals.
- Represent the Department Head & Spa Assistant Manager in their absence and ensure all operational standards are followed.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a Health Club and/or Spa setting.
- Strong management skills, ability to build relationships, and motivation for upward mobility.
- Excellent communication, hospitality and customer‑service aptitude.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, orally) with a solid understanding of math and psychometric concepts.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Opera, Book4time, Birchstreet, and Abhrilsoft.
- Outgoing personality, ease interacting with guests, and a strong commitment to hospitality standards.
