A leading brewery company in Monterrey is seeking a Procurement professional with over 5 years of experience. This role requires fluency in English and strong skills in stakeholder and supplier management. You will support strategy development and ensure supplier performance. The ideal candidate will also need to be available for travel. Competitive salary and permanent contract offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder and supplier management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support development, translation and execution of sub-category specific strategy.
• Competitive sourcing execution, with tailored negotiation strategies to maximize value for the OpCo.
• Ensuring supplier value delivery by agreeing on supplier performance requirements and enabling user friendly ordering through channel management.
• Own sub-category risk management, through market analysis and COGS management.
• Business Partner with functional counterparts to understand their needs and jointly shape solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor\u2019s degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles.
• Fluent in English.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Stakeholder management and supplier management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to understand functional priorities.
• This role requires availability to travel.
