What we are looking for

We need a curious, motivated Solutions Consultant who is bilingual in Spanish and English, passionate about customer data, and eager to innovate in CDP, AI‑driven engagement, and real‑time data activation.

Responsibilities
  • Engage and inspire customers by demonstrating how Tealium transforms data strategy and drives measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead discovery meetings to understand prospects’ marketing, customer engagement, and AI needs.
  • Provide technical guidance to internal sales teams and partners, ensuring confidence in positioning Tealium’s capabilities.
  • Create and deliver presentations, product demonstrations, and proof‑of‑concept exercises for prospects, customers, and partners.
  • Answer RFPs/RFIs articulating value and technical merits of Tealium’s solutions.
  • Lead architectural discussions to showcase seamless integration of Tealium into customers’ environments.
  • Enable agency and technology partners to position and demonstrate the Tealium platform, including training and joint customer engagements.
  • Keep up‑to‑date with the latest marketing technology trends, emerging platforms, and new features of existing tools.
  • Contribute field knowledge and feedback for future product enhancements.
Qualifications
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.

  • Passion for finding and articulating technical solutions to business problems.
  • Experience leading marketing process and technology discussions with business and technical audiences.
  • Deep understanding of Martech, AI‑powered personalization, and digital marketing workflows.
  • Strong presentation skills with technical proficiency.
  • Ability to uncover customer requirements and demonstrate proposed solutions.
  • Collaborative mindset with internal teams (sales, product, engineering, customer success).
  • Understanding of the sales process, including Value Selling and the Challenger Sale.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML‑driven marketing strategies and AI’s role in CDP.
Wage Transparency

This full‑time position offers a base salary range of MX$557,000 to MX$1,115,000 Pesos annually, plus commission, stock options, and performance‑based bonuses.
