Responsibilities

• Understand customer challenges and key business goals through discovery calls, discussions, and workshops
• Translate business requirements within the contract scope into specific technical requirements for software deployment
• Identify business requirements outside the contract scope and communicate those to the project team
• Use coding languages (e.g. C#, .Net) and frameworks/systems (e.g. AngularJS, Git)
• Create and define basic and advanced SQL queries
• Configure and develop process automation systems using visual business and decision-flow tools
• Design efficient automation processes with well-structured visual process and decision flows based on customer requirements
• Collaborate with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts
• Integrate the company’s software components with 3rd-party data sources and programs via APIs
• Design UI forms, business process logic, and decision flows based on predictive models and business rules
• Gather and evaluate user feedback
• Recommend and implement improvements
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software after deployment in the customer environment

Requirements

Please note that this is a Hybrid role located in Guadalajara, Mexico

• Knowledge of coding languages (e.g. C#, .Net, Python)
• Experience in SQL/MSSQL table structures
• Knowledge of creating SQL queries and table merges
• Experience with SOAP/REST APIs
• Ability to learn new technologies and software
• Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude
• Attention to detail and ability to ask detailed questions
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to be in office 1-2 times a week
