Overview

CONSULTFIZ LATAM, a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong UI experience and full stack capabilities. Strong experience with React-based web UI development and backend development as per project needs. A Senior Engineer is part of a key team of professionals who apply scientific, mathematical, and social principles to design, build, and maintain technology products, devices, systems, and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement responsive and dynamic user interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, CSS, and component libraries like AG-Grid.
• Design and implement backend for frontend as part of our micro front-end architecture using NodeJs.
• Integrate backend for frontend components with backend APIs (REST, GraphQL) to ensure seamless functionality.
• Work closely with UI/UX designers and use tools like Figma to translate designs into functional user interfaces.
• Build reusable components and ensure high performance and responsiveness across platforms.
• Write automated tests and debug frontend applications to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver features that align with business objectives.
• Actively participate in Agile processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Drive design and code reviews, ensuring the team ships high-quality, scalable, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Work closely with peers, mentor junior developers, and help the team achieve its goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline, preferably computer science, or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional experience in front development with back end for front end
• ReactJS, Redux, TypeScript, CSS, NodeJs and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful architecture and micro services
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools like Figma.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems using Git.
• Experience with monitoring/troubleshooting tools like NewRelic, Splunk.
• Knowledge of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Familiarity with AWS specifically AWS S3.
• Experience with automated testing tools like Playwright
