Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with a strong background in Java, JavaServer Pages, Servlet, and intermediate proficiency in English (B2 level or higher). The team you will be joining is responsible to provide support of more than 150 flexible and scalable applications/solutions to take the step of digitalization. And within these solutions we provide services and support to Automation, MES / MOM, CMMS, Supervisory Control Panel, among others. All these applications are elementary for the business because the tools interact directly in the manufacturing process and for this reason these have become critical applications for the stability of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop enhancements to existing Java-based applications. (Java Swing, JavaServer Pages, Servlets, Jakarta EE or Spring boot).
• Interpret and map processes to define functional requirements.
• Manage ETL (Data Extraction, Transformation, and Loading) processes.
• Carry out analytical initiatives to address business problems with the ability to define the implementation of digital systems that help automate processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Java Swing, JavaServer Pages, Servlets, Jakarta EE or Spring boot, HTML, CSS, SQL Server.
• English language proficiency at intermediate level (B2) or higher.
• Solid understanding of use cases.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing applications using Java Technologies.
• Experience in manufacturing environments or working with manufacturing-related applications.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks.
