Hey Nouri is a virtual pediatric nutrition clinic dedicated to improving children’s health through compassionate, evidence-based care.

We combine pediatric dietitian expertise, behavioral coaching, and AI-powered tools to support families with personalized guidance — from nutrition to emotional empowerment.

For eligible teens, supervised GLP-1 care plans may be part of our comprehensive, whole-child approach. We believe positively changing a child’s weight trajectory can transform their life trajectory.

Role Summary

We’re looking for a Head of Social Media to build, lead, and scale Hey Nouri’s multi-platform presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond. This is not just a content posting role.

Responsibilities
  • Build and execute our social media strategy & editorial direction.
  • Own and grow TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook channels.
  • Lead storytelling that balances warmth, credibility, and empowerment.
  • Create and manage content calendars, initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Oversee community engagement — comments, DMs, support, conversation.
  • Manage and optimize a budget for freelancers, creators, video editors, and designers.
  • Analyze performance and translate insights into smarter strategy.
  • Partner closely with marketing, product, and clinical leadership.
About You
  • A strategic social storyteller with proven experience growing meaningful brands.
  • Deeply fluent in TikTok and Instagram culture.
  • Obsessed with audience psychology, platform nuance, and what resonates.
  • Both creative + analytical — you trust instincts but love data.
  • Comfortable leading execution hands-on, and also managing others.
  • Empathetic, responsible, and thoughtful — especially given we work with families and kids.
  • Energized by building from 0?1 in a startup environment.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years experience in social media, content, or digital brand building.
  • Track record of growing and engaging audiences.
  • Experience leading social strategy, not just posting.
  • Experience managing freelancers or creative teams.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and analytics.
  • Healthcare, wellness, or parenting experience is a plus — but not required.
