Delivery Shift Manager Jr is the support for the completely last mile operations within a delivery station. The role is responsible for managing a +30 hourly team, safety metrics, attrition, payroll, shifts, vacations, overtime and the AMZL OPS metrics; delivery efficiency, number of routes, cost per shipment. In addition, this role gives support in purchasing tools, services and consumables for the station.

Delivery Shift Manager Jr should coach and mentor the AA team (hourly) to ensure that performance objectives are met and foster positive employee relations and benchancial for the organization. This role also serves as a thought partner with other internal teams like project team to launch new stations and design new delivery models.
