An automotive manufacturer in Mexico is seeking a detail-oriented professional to analyze vehicle production plans and support field teams. You will communicate production updates to dealers and address any order scheduling issues. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of experience. Responsibilities
  • Analyze and communicate vehicle production plans with United States Regional Ford and Lincoln teams to meet the weekly/monthly build requirements of each vehicle line.
  • Support the Ford and Lincoln field teams by answering questions and providing relevant training pertaining to vehicle ordering, scheduling, and production.
  • Summarize production volume and controlled commodity updates and cascade relevant information to the U.S. field team and U.S. Ford and Lincoln dealers at a minimum of twice per week.
  • Perform timely communications to the field on the need for order amendments due to production changes.
  • Proactively identify root cause for orders not scheduling and specific action required to get scheduled.
  • Prioritize specific vehicle orders as needed.
  • Support monthly Ford and Lincoln vehicle line wholesale preparation (create Dealer‑facing documents).
