ServiceNow Expert – Remote from LATAM (Costa Rica Time) – Advanced English
Location: 100% Remote from LATAM (aligned to Costa Rica timezone).
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.
Language: Advanced English (C1 required).
Start Date: ASAP.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the technical lead for ServiceNow architecture within the Automation team, ensuring alignment with global finance objectives.
- Participate in stakeholder and client discussions to advise on technical solution design.
- Conduct requirement analysis and translate business needs into detailed technical designs.
- Review and validate business requirements for technical feasibility.
- Mentor developers and functional teams on ServiceNow best practices.
- Oversee release management, update sets, and runbook maintenance.
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and security in all technical designs.
- Perform peer reviews and quality checks to maintain architectural integrity.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps proactively, recommending mitigation strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- 3+ years in a lead developer or architect role.
- Expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM preferred.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and module configuration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring developers and reviewing technical deliverables.
- Ability to represent technical solutions in client‑facing discussions.
- Background supporting enterprise or regulated environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across global teams.
