The role requires great customer communication skills, knowledge of vehicle maintenance, and attention to detail. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, assessing technical issues, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license and a proactive approach to learning automotive technologies, contributing to Tesla's mission of innovative service.
