Formación

Overview

As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will lead hands-on implementations of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD or FSM modules. You’ll work directly with clients in the field, translating complex business needs into scalable platform solutions while applying deep industry knowledge to tailor workflows and integrations.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver hands-on configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, FSM, HRSD).
  • Lead technical workshops and design sessions with clients across industries such as retail, telecom, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement workflows, forms, portals, and automation using Flow Designer, JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Collaborate with Engagement Managers and stakeholders to define business requirements and translate them into technical deliverables.
  • Draft and validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies.
  • Provide mentorship and code reviews for junior consultants.
  • Conduct technical training and enablement sessions for client teams.
Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow implementation experience; preferably as the lead consultant of the engagement.
  • Proven field consulting experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD or FSM, ITSM as the core and strong knowledge and hands-on experience with any other two solutions.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and service management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, SLM).
  • Experience with authentication methods (SSO, SAML), LDAP, and integration middleware.
  • Integration experience with other third-party solutions: (Cloud Solutions, Security Solutions, Identity Solutions, etc.)
  • Familiarity with industry-specific workflows and challenges, especially in sectors like retail operations, customer service, and field service logistics.

Preferred Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt solutions to industry-specific compliance and operational standards.

Certifications

  • CSA and CAD as a minimum and ideally one or two CIS.
  • ITIL, TOGAF, Agile certs are a ++
