Role

The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are looking for a Senior Specialist – Product Commercialization for North LAC who will support Product Commercialization in the division and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consistently innovating and problem solving to drive our CA&E strategy forward. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for demonstrating the value of our Products, enhancing customer experience and nurturing the relationship with our strategic clients, scoping expansion opportunities, be highly motivated, have an analytical and intellectually curious mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of GTM strategies and roadmaps to ensure maximum penetration of market segments.
  • Conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts.
  • Gather and synthesize input from internal teams to design strategies aligned with client and market needs.
  • Monitor business performance and customer experience; prepare regular client-facing reports to showcase product value and manage programs with operational excellence.
  • Conduct market research and support opportunity assessments on new concepts and ideas.
  • Develop business cases and solution requirements, contributing to the launch of new products with a strong focus on business growth.
  • Leverage databases, dashboards, and reports to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and drive business management.

  • Skilled in reporting on risks, issues, progress, and timelines with clear analysis and actionable solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while operating within a team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or equivalent.
  • 5+ years related work experience; experience in financial services is a plus.
  • Experience in product management, product development, and/or project management desirable.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
