At Zego, a Global Payments company, we're seeking a Senior Software Quality Analyst to champion quality across our flagship Resident Experience platform—an application used by thousands daily.
You’ll join an agile, collaborative team where your insights directly shape the user experience and your work drives real-world impact. This role isn’t just about running tests—it's about curiosity, collaboration, and a drive to understand why something failed, not just that it did.

You should have: 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, ideally in agile development environments.
Strong experience testing both mobile and web applications, including responsive design validation.
Proficiency in test case creation, documentation, and execution using tools like BrowserStack, TestRail, Zephyr, or equivalent.
Working knowledge of BrowserStack or similar cloud-based testing platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, LambdaTest).
Experience executing automated test suites from Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar CI / CD tools.
Hands‑on SQL skills for validating data and performing back‑end checks.
Solid debugging and troubleshooting ability, with a passion for discovering the root cause of failures.
Familiarity with API testing (REST, JSON, Postman) and understanding of front‑end and back‑end interactions.
Version control experience (Git, GitHub, or equivalent).
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in agile and CI / CD environments.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, Cypress, or Appium).
Exposure to cloud‑based microservices and distributed systems.
