We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Product Analyst to join our team.

Our Client is one of the United States' largest insurers, providing a wide range of insurance and financial services products with gross written premiums well over US$25 Billion (P&C).

Finally, our Client is part of one the largest Insurance Groups in the world.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential analytical support to the State Product Management team, focusing on personal lines insurance (auto and home).
• Deep collaboration with Actuarial and Data Science teams to evaluate, implement, and monitor product changes.
• Perform detailed analysis using data correlation and statistical techniques to identify patterns and insights.
• Develop and structure information from various internal data sources; create and refine programs for data extraction from company databases.
• Conduct primary market research including customer, competitor, distribution, and insurance department surveys.
• Prepare analysis on loss experience, retention, and expenses to support pricing and rate‑making decisions.
• Analyze and summarize competitor rate filings and extract manual data for comparative purposes.
• Use Excel, PowerBI, Python / R to compare territory rate positions relative to peers.
• Prepare regulatory filing exhibits and respond to data inquiries from insurance regulators.
• Track and report on key performance indicators of state performance and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, or 1 year in a Product Analyst II position.
• English proficiency.
• Prior experience in an actuarial or product analyst capacity at a personal lines insurance company strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Excel (Intermediate to Advanced).
• SQL (Intermediate).
• Python and/or R (Intermediate).
