Formación

• Minimum 1 year of work experience with a Master’s degree or 2 years with a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Exceptional customer service skills required.
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage incoming calls and HR service requests from employees.
• Perform administrative duties related to employee data management.
• Monitor KPIs related to HR service efficiency.
