Formación

  • 8+ years of HR leadership experience, preferably in multinational environments.
  • Proven ability to lead complex processes and diverse teams.
  • Willingness to travel (30%) is required.

  • Deep understanding of labor laws and compliance across the region
  • Proven ability to lead complex processes and diverse teams
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel (30 %)
  • Proficient in tools such as Workday, Cornerstone, LinkedIn Recruiter
