This role leads the development of financial reporting processes, proactively identifies opportunities for growth and efficiency, and influences key business decisions through advanced analytics and scenario modelling.

The Senior Financial Analyst will act as the key global reporting and financial data source to the Director of Commercial FP&A in service to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of financial reporting frameworks that support long‑term business objectives and transformation initiatives.
  • Independently manage complex data sets, financial analyses, scenario modelling, and forecasting to inform executive decision‑making.
  • Develop and own global financial reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Champion best practices in financial planning and analysis, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and strategic insights to leadership, influencing business outcomes and investment decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver high‑impact presentations and reports for board‑level and executive reviews.
  • Oversee global ad hoc reporting and financial analysis, including commercial balance‑sheet management (Inventory, CCC, Capex, Free Cash Flow).
  • Lead the AMA MD&A and quarter‑end close reporting for the region, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
Qualifications
  • BS / BA in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and business strategy, ideally in a global or retail environment.
  • Experience with managing P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.
  • Proven track record of leading strategic reporting initiatives and influencing senior leadership.
  • Exceptional analytical, financial modelling, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Advanced communication and executive presentation abilities.
  • Demonstrated autonomy in managing complex projects, large data sets, and delivering results.
  • Expertise in Hyperion Essbase, Microsoft Office Suite, and emerging financial technologies.
  • High degree of personal accountability, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence.
