Paid Social Campaign Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Campaign Manager to join our growing paid media team.

Responsibilities
  • Campaign Execution & Management: Set up and launch paid social campaigns, execute daily campaign optimizations, monitor campaign performance, and identify underperforming ads for pause or optimization.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Review daily performance metrics, generate weekly performance reports, track key metrics, and maintain performance dashboards.
  • Audience Development & Targeting: Build and manage custom audiences, create targeted audiences based on job titles, company size, industry, and funnel stage, and optimize audience targeting based on performance data.
  • Quality Assurance & Process Management: Ensure all campaigns adhere to platform best practices, maintain organized campaign naming conventions, document optimization decisions, and follow established SOPs.
  • Client Communication & Support: Prepare campaign performance summaries, support strategic recommendations with performance data, respond to client questions about campaign mechanics, and coordinate with internal teams on creative asset needs.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns, preferably for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Proven track record managing significant monthly ad spend ($50k+ per month across accounts).
  • Expert‑level knowledge of LinkedIn Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and Reddit Ads platform.
  • Experience with conversion tracking, attribution modeling, and performance measurement.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data analysis.
