Formación

Role Description
  • Creating visual elements and content tailored to retail requirements, ensuring they adhere to the client’s brand identity and business objectives. This includes Product Detail Page assets (Secondary Images / B+ & Rich Content / A+). Rich content also includes video assets.
  • Ensuring content is optimized for mobile viewing and easily adaptable and scalable across different markets or variations.
  • Maintaining adherence to UI/UX best practices to deliver a smooth and intuitive online experience.
  • Collaborating with internal and cross‑functional team members to generate content.
  • Optimizing packshots for digital needs and conducting photo manipulations.
  • Establishing guidelines for the presentation and utilization of visual assets.
  • Light video editing of existing assets may be required.
  • Ability to present the design and its solutions.
  • Creating promotional banners.
Requirements

Perfect knowledge of

Adobe CC (most notably: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and PowerPoint.

Have at least 5+ years of experience in creating eCommerce assets and is (ideally) familiar with US‑based eRetailers.

Proficiency in

English (min. C1)

Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.

Experience in both print and digital design is preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams and openly give and receive feedback.

High attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset, ensuring accurate, high‑quality content aligned with brand guidelines while proactively addressing challenges.

Adaptability and accountability, including the ability to work under pressure, manage changing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and communicate potential risks or delays clearly.

Nice to have
  • Light video editing skills (preferred or willingness to learn / train).
  • Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro) and basic sound editing (musicalization, sound effects, voice‑over enhancement).
  • Any other Adobe program (e.g., After Effects, XD).
