A leading consulting firm in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Consultant to lead digital transformation projects in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. The role involves assessing current practices, identifying opportunities, and developing actionable roadmaps for improvement. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of consulting experience with strong advisory skills and the ability to work across geographies. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish are essential, along with a Bachelor's degree and Scrum certification.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years of consulting or industry experience.
• Experience in CPG or related sectors is a must.
• Must possess strong process advisory and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end engagement delivery with stakeholders.
• Conduct process evaluations and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and present a prioritized future-state roadmap.
