The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years of experience and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Responsibilities include managing cost planning, procurement processes, and client relationships. Fluent English and Spanish skills are essential. Formación

• Minimum 12 years professional experience related to Engineering Cost Management.
• Ability to work under pressure to deliver deadlines.
• RICS, AACE Certifications/Memberships preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
• Manage estimating and cost planning activities.
• Ensure post-contract cost variances and change control processes are managed.
