Kunai is currently engaged in the development of Android and iOS native applications for one of the largest Fintech environments in the world. Our mobile applications are used by over 30 million customers and are developed by hundreds of engineers on disparate teams across many independent lines of business. We are seeking Android Developers with a background in designing, developing and deploying high availability, native mobile applications.

Be a part of a core team that is responsible for developing, augmenting and evangelizing the tenets of a complex, unified mobile experience. You will provide tooling and shared frameworks that improve the development and collaboration experience for multiple teams of mobile application developers.

Skills

• 3 years of experience in the design, development and deployment of mobile applications
• Experience with Kotlin and/or Java development for mobile applications
• Knowledge of advanced Kotlin features such as coroutines, channels and flow is extremely helpful
• Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio
• Knowledge of Android UI toolkits, specifically we are using Jetpack Compose
• Experience with Android automation deployment tools like Bazel, Gradle, Fastlane, etc.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements in testing and deployment processes.
