Responsabilidades

Position Summary The HR Operations & Services Specialist is responsible for delivering efficient and accurate HR administrative services, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This role manages HR transactions, systems, and data integrity while supporting personnel administration, payroll processes, and employee benefits programs. The position requires strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer HR transactions in corporate and local systems (Workday, TRESS/Revolution), including:
    • Employee hires, terminations, transfers, and salary changes.
    • Supervisor changes and organizational updates.
    • Leaves of absence and other personnel data maintenance.
  • Ensure data integrity through audits and monitoring of HR systems.
  • Identify root causes of data or process failures and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update personnel records related to benefits, compensation, and employment status.
  • Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including:
    • Life insurance.
    • Major medical expense insurance.
    • Other company-provided benefits.
  • Prepare letters, ID cards, and manage employee documentation.
  • Support payroll processes, including pre-payroll closure and incident recording.
  • Manage internal HR programs.
  • Create and maintain job positions and supervisory roles in HR systems.
  • Open and manage HR tickets/transactions for mass updates and organizational changes.
  • Participate in company events and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain stock of HR forms and support purchase requisitions for departmental needs.
Calificaciones
Required Qualifications

Requires a minimum 5+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent education and experience; Or 3+ years and a Master's degree;Or a PhD with no previous professional experience.Where required, the role must hold an appropriate degree in the industry (eg. Legal)

Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Knowledge of systems such as Workday, TRESS/Revolution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
