The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and substantial experience in manufacturing, as well as formal training in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. Strong project management skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams to optimize manufacturing practices.

Formación

• 4-8 years of manufacturing experience required.
• 5+ years of Advanced Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of Advanced and Lean Manufacturing applications.

• Lead and implement manufacturing plans for new products.
