A leading multinational company is seeking a Security Leader in Tultitlán, Mexico. You will oversee the development and management of physical security programs, assist with risk assessments, and ensure daily operations comply with security protocols. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 4 years in Security Management and exhibits strong communication skills. This on-site role promotes a culture of integrity and values commitment to improvement every day.

Formación

• At least 4 years of experience in Security Management.
• Educated in Security Management or Criminal Justice.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and recommend security enhancements.
• Strong communication and accountability skills.

Overview

As a Security Leader you will be responsible for assisting in the development, implementation, and management of an organization's physical security programs. This position is located on-site in Mexico City, and you will be reporting directly to the Corporate Security Director.

Key Responsibilities

• You will assist in the assessment of security risks and vulnerabilities related to physical premises and personnel.
• You will coordinate and oversee daily physical security operations, ensuring compliance with established security protocols.
• You will communicate with security personnel, vendors, and law enforcement to ensure security measures are in place.
• You will implement access control procedures, including managing ID card systems and visitor logs.
• You will evaluate security technologies, including surveillance systems and alarms, and recommend upgrades or improvements.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of at least 4 years in Security Management
• Education in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is often preferred.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security enhancements.
• Communication and responsibility are key.
