The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3 years of experience as an SDET and is fluent in programming languages such as Java and Python. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality thresholds are met in development and testing activities. Formación

• 3 years of overall experience as an SDET engineer or similar role.
• Fluent in programming languages such as Java, Spring Boot, Go, or scripting languages.
• 2 years of experience in GitLab Trunk based development.

In this role you will design, develop and maintain automation systems for IVR and Contact Center Technologies, supporting the development and testing activities of a global professional services team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated and manual tests to measure product quality and support continuous delivery pipelines for IVR and Contact Center Technologies.
• Ensure requirements and user stories are testable and clarify ambiguities to support accurate test design and execution; assess critical path and assist in implementation of any project required by the business.
• Coordinate with development and operations teams to uphold testing practices and meet quality thresholds.
• Design, develop, and maintain automation tools and systems to support development and testing activities.

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of overall experience as an SDET engineer or a similar role.
• Programming fluency in one or more of: Java, Spring Boot, Go, or scripting experience in Shell, Perl, or Python.
• 2 years of experience in Gitlab Trunk based development, environment automation and management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.

Nice to Have Qualifications

• Strong experience in supporting and maintaining Speech IVR systems.
• Experience creating and using automated testing and deployment tools.
