The ideal candidate will have a software engineering background and experience in the banking industry. Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master with IT teams.
• Experience in the banking industry preferred for 2 years.
• Facilitate team to monitor progress under agile methodology.

Responsabilidades

• Guide the team in executing tasks under Scrum methodology.
• Plan deliverables and monitor team performance and progress.
• Resolve issues and blockages hindering the team's work.

We're looking for a Scrum Master :

Skills :

• Responsible of helping the team to execute the tasks under the scrum agile methodology, planning deliverables and monitor progress and team performance, resolving issues and locks that hinder the work of the team.
• Scrum Master with at least 5 years of experience working with IT teams.
• Software Engineer grade preferred.
• Bank industry experience desired : 2 years.
• Certificated Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance preferred)
