A leading engineering firm is seeking a Scheduling / Planner in Monterrey, Mexico. The ideal candidate will coordinate project schedules, provide prioritizations, and conduct schedule analysis. Required qualifications include proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project, along with a bachelor's degree in a related field. Strong bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are essential. This is an on-site position.

Title: Scheduling / Planner

Scheduler / Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and complete job progress milestones through scheduling.
• Coordinate with procurement and material managers as well as engineering work group leads pertaining to essential items of supply.
• Provide priorities for projects to guarantee completion.
• Contribute to forecasts and disbursements by performing schedule analysis.
• Under general supervision, and occasional direct supervision, perform assignments requiring experience and knowledge of standard concepts within project controls.
• Display core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.

Qualifications

• Must handle Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Bilingual (English / Spanish).
• KBR experience is desirable.
• On site in Mexico City.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Administration, Civil Engineering and related fields.
