Salesforce Developer Jr Remote MTY

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Jr with at least 1 year of hands‑on experience to join our growing Salesforce team at Accenture. This role involves supporting the design, development and customization of Salesforce solutions that drive innovation and efficiency for large‑scale transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the implementation, configuration and customization of Salesforce environments.
• Develop and maintain components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL and JavaScript.
• Assist in debugging, testing and documentation of technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet business requirements and deliver quality Salesforce applications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to project success.

Technical Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Salesforce Development, Configuration and Customization.
• Basic knowledge of Apex, SOQL and JavaScript.
• Experience with Lightning Components (LWC) and Visualforce.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.

Certifications (Nice to Have)

• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Any other Salesforce Certification (plus)

Qualifications

Location & Schedule

• Remote Mexico (based in Monterrey preferred)
• Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 hrs
