Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Capado Release Manager to lead and oversee deployment processes, version control, and release management within a dynamic Salesforce environment for our client.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate Salesforce releases, ensuring seamless deployment processes.
• Manage and configure Capado release pipelines, automating deployments and optimizing workflows.
• Oversee the use of Git and other version control tools within Capado for Salesforce applications.
• Maintain multiple Salesforce environments (Dev, QA, UAT, and Production), ensuring readiness for releases.
• Work closely with developers, QA testers, business analysts, and admins to ensure timely and high-quality releases.
• Identify and mitigate release risks, troubleshooting deployment issues swiftly.
• Create and maintain release notes, deployment plans, and technical documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve the release process, including automation and best practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Salesforce release management.
• Hands-on experience with Capado for managing CI / CD pipelines and deployments.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Developer I certification (nice to have).

Skills

Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata and deployment tools.

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices. Familiarity with other DevOps tools (Gearset, Jenkins, etc.).
