About the Role
Medical Departures' Sales Support – DSO agents are responsible for helping patients receive timely quotes and for booking their dental appointments at our global clinics via our platform.
You will be responsible for the quote and appointment process from beginning to end; ensuring that quotes and appointments are accurate and completed in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales agents to book and confirm appointments with our global partner network of dental and medical clinics via all available channels in English and Spanish.
- Work with Sales Support agents, partner clinics, and patients to gather details to provide accurate quotes according to established SLAs.
- Make outbound sales calls (VIP calls) through phone or WhatsApp to remind patients of their pending appointments (one week, three days, the day before the appointment date).
- Make outbound sales calls (VIP calls) through phone or WhatsApp to follow up with attendees to see how they are doing and to book follow‑up appointments (one week, three days, the day after the appointment date).
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly confirmation, quote, and SLA targets.
- Accurately document, tag, create follow‑up tasks for every interaction with prospects and patients into a CRM tool.
- Follow up with tasks by meeting or exceeding established SLAs.
- Work within the agreed shift schedule. (Available to work on weekends if required.)
- Attend weekly 1‑on‑1s, team meetings, and coaching sessions as required.
- Help build the world's largest global medical and dental online agency.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a sales support or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) is a must.
- Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) is a must.
- Extensive technical experience with: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams Chat) or Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Drive), CRM (Zoho, Zendesk, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Freshworks), phones (Twilio, RingCentral, Dialpad, CallTrackingMetrics, Tollfreeforwarding), chat (LiveChat, Olark, *is a plus*).
- Familiarity and knowledge of dental or medical procedures *is a plus*.
- Excellent listening and writing skills.
- 40+ WPM typing ability.
- Travel savvy – international travel experience *is a plus*.
- Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home‑office environment with good time management.
- Weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off).
