Sales Manager (Inbound) – Commercial Kitchen Equipment (HoReCa / Foodservice) | Remote | English Proficiency

Join the fastest-growing team in the industry for a top U.S. e-commerce commercial kitchen equipment supplier.

This is a key role in our expansion (20%+ annual growth) as we strengthen our inbound sales team. In this role, you'll fuel revenue growth by turning every inbound inquiry into a closed deal, using your deep product knowledge and consultative flair to guide U.S. restaurant operators through our premium equipment catalog.

What We're Seeking in Our Ideal Candidate
  • Professional English Fluency Required (All client interactions are with U.S.-based customers).
  • Minimum 3 years' B2B sales experience in restaurant, hospitality, foodservice, or commercial-equipment sectors.
  • Deep understanding of commercial kitchen operations and equipment categories.
  • Proven track record hitting aggressive targets in a consultative sales environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, Business, or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • Mastery of CRM tools, digital sales platforms, and remote-work software.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a remote workload independently.
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Deep, hands‑on grasp of restaurant operations and commercial kitchen equipment.
  • Quick study able to absorb and articulate complex product specs on the fly.
  • Relationship‑focused and solution‑driven mindset to maximize client satisfaction and revenue.
Main Job Functions
  • Inbound only: No cold calls, no prospecting—all leads come through calls, emails, and website inquiries.
  • First contact: You're the first person our restaurant and foodservice customers speak to—triaging, qualifying, and understanding their needs.
  • Handle the full sales cycle for SMB clients: quoting, advising, closing, and following up for repeat business.
  • Route larger / multi‑location opportunities to our U.S.-based Account Managers.
  • Consult, don't just sell: Become a trusted advisor, not a "product pusher."
  • Identify operational needs, recommend solutions, and help customers grow.
  • Use modern tools: Work within NetSuite CRM, Shopify Auto Quotes, and other digital tools to stay organized and productive.
  • Deliver with urgency: Fast, accurate information is expected—especially on product specs, availability, pricing, and delivery times.
  • Focus on customer experience: Build long‑term, repeat relationships—upselling and expanding accounts over time.
  • Work West Coast hours (PST): Role is 100% remote from Mexico or LATAM, and flexibility to cover late U.S. hours is essential.
