Sales Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑oriented Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team while actively driving business development and closing sales with new and existing clients. This role combines leadership, coaching, and direct sales responsibilities to maximize revenue growth and ensure team success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the Inside Sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and expand client base.
  • Actively prospect, qualify, and close deals with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct outbound calls, client meetings, and presentations to secure business.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align sales strategies with company goals.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM for tracking leads, pipeline, and team activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Represent AIL's values and vision while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with proven results.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and results‑driven with a strong work ethic.
