Formación

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Proficient in Excel, SAP and CRM.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate special price requests through CRM.
• Manage customer MOC project validation and approval.
• Review GQTS reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain account and end-user master data within CRM and SAP.
• Provide necessary reports for field sales associates.
