A dynamic EdTech company is seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for finding and qualifying potential customers for its world-class training programs. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in English, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience and a desire for advancement in sales. The position offers a remote work culture and various development opportunities.

Responsabilidades

  • Engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Identify prospect needs and suggest appropriate products.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospects.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities.
  • Set up meetings or calls for Sales Executives.
  • Collaborate with Business Development teams.
  • Work closely with Marketing for account engagement.
  • Conduct engaging conversations through various channels.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Ensure correct data entry in CRM.
  • Report to SDR Manager with results.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR)

is responsible for finding and screening potential customers who could benefit from our world-class language, intercultural and soft skills training. As the first line of communication with a prospect, the SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success.

You’ll play an essential role in :
  • Responding, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Identifing the needs of prospects and suggest appropriate products or services.
  • Building long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market.
  • Setting up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Sales Development Executives.
  • Collaborating and working effectively with Business Development teams.
  • Working closely with the Marketing team to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools.
  • Holding intelligent and engaging conversations through video and phone calls, over email, LinkedIn and other prospecting approaches.
  • Meeting and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas whilst driving pipeline growth for the New Business Development Team.
  • Ensuring all data is correctly entered and followed up in CRM.
  • Reporting to the SDR Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.
What You'll Offer
  • Porfiency in English
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in sales, business, or another related field.
  • 1 year of experience in sales, client relantionship, team management, and B2B
  • Strong and professional communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sale organization.
