A leading cloud software company is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive lead generation and create sales opportunities. This remote position in Mexico requires a quick learner with an entrepreneurial spirit and interpersonal skills. You will identify prospects and engage in outreach to develop new opportunities, partnering with the sales team to maximize success. Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in SaaS, retail, or customer service. Be part of a fast-paced environment and contribute to a mission-driven team.

What You'll Do (but not limited to)
  • Identify leads / prospects, generate curiosity, interest, qualify, education and develop new opportunities
  • Conduct multi‑channel outreach to warm and cold leads
  • Create sales opportunities by generating appointments for the broader sales team
  • Partner with sales counterparts to develop plan of attack for particular leads
  • Encouraged to bring ideas to assist in driving sales and success
