A leading sales organization is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team. This role involves conducting outbound prospecting, engaging with potential clients, and qualifying leads. The successful candidate will develop personalized strategies to generate interest and set meetings, helping build future sales success. Candidates should have at least 4 years in sales or business development, strong communication skills, and comfort with CRM tools. This is a full-time remote position based in Mexico, offering a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Formación

We are seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing this role you will be responsible for proactively identifying engaging and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound outreach efforts. As the first point of contact with prospective customers you will play a critical role in generating interest and setting the foundation for future sales success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via email phone calls LinkedIn and other channels to generate new business leads.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.
  • Craft personalized outreach strategies to initiate conversations with potential clients.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on company criteria and set up meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of prospect interactions and activities within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for outbound activity qualified leads and meetings booked.
  • Provide feedback from prospects and market insights to help refine sales and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
  • 4 years of outbound sales lead generation or business development experience (SaaS tech or B2B experience is a plus).
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage and persuade prospects effectively.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and sales engagement tools (e.g. Outreach Salesloft Apollo).
  • Self-starter mentality with a strong work ethic curiosity and a desire to continuously learn and improve.
  • Resilient and adaptable; able to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
