Formación

Recruitment Sales Associate

As a Recruitment Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the recruitment process and driving sales for our organization.

Your responsibilities will include attending meetings, managing client interactions, conducting research, and coordinating interviews.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will use analytical skills to identify problems, find solutions, have outstanding English skills, and think outside the box.

Pay Rate: Hourly Rate: $8 Full-time Biweekly Rate (40 hours per week 80 total): $640?? All roles are hourly-based and paid bi-weekly via third-party platforms.

Rates are non-negotiable once offered. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9-hour shift (including a 1-hour lunch), From 7 AM – 4 PM PST.

Responsibilities
  • Warm Calling: Conduct warm calling, utilizing scripted responses to address pricing and customer inquiries.
  • Additional sales-related tasks and projects will be required as necessary.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify and filter leads, determining their level of interest (cold, warm, hot, etc.), and meticulously document relevant details in the CRM system.
  • Phone communication: Use a VOIP phone (Internet phone) provided by the client, accessible via the computer, for both inbound and outbound sales calls.
  • Booking Management: Book meetings and ensure that prospects adhere to their scheduled bookings.
  • Follow-up Communication: Follow up with potential customers through cold sales emails, text messages, and phone calls to address any inquiries.
  • Mainly phone calls so they can connect with leads.
  • Sales Funnel Management: Apply sales funnel knowledge to ensure prospects are on the correct stage of the sales cycle based on their interest.
  • Record-Keeping: Complete required KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) reporting and other administrative tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
