Una empresa de ventas en Veracruz, Xico, busca un Agente de Ventas a Tiempo Completo. La posición implica cerrar ventas y manejar cuentas en un ambiente de equipo. Se requiere bachillerato terminado y un inglés avanzado. Los candidatos ideales tendrán una comunicación efectiva y habilidades para el cierre de ventas. Job Purpose

To sign on new accounts and grow customer base of the company

Job Duties

Closing sales for the company.

  • To be assigned to a company designed Sales Testing Campaign, Each sales testing campaign will have its own deliverables.

KPIs, procedures and SPIFF programs which might be different from generalist sales goals, KPIs SPIFFs and procedures valid for a Sales Testing Agent.

A Sales Testing Agent will have to summarily agree to follow the tests campaign guidelines, plans and targets and work towards maximizing these in the best interest of the test campaign and the organization.

A Sales Testing Agent will also agree to abide by the rules governing assignment to and out of the testing campaign.

There will also be performance management procedures separate from general Sales Testing Agent procedures, which upon assignment to a testing campaign a SalesTesting Agent will have to follow.

General Duties
  • Taking Turn over ( T.Os) phone calls from Marketing leads generation and outbound calls
  • Entering deals into the company CRM while talking to customers
  • Entering accurate information in CRM is governed by quality audits, random spot checks and reviews.
  • Failing on these guidelines will lead to actions as outlined in the code of conduct and quality policy.
  • Addressing and fixing any mistake made in a pitch to a customer maintaining a no MIS REP policy throughout their career
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence customers to sign up with us and stay with company
  • Maintain a High Closing Ratio
  • Develop and change pitch according to any new company policies
  • Follow the best lead nurturing practices of Pipeline management, lead nurturing etc ensuring effective sales funneling and closures.
  • Provides immediate assistance to the openers and any sales agent within the company
  • Continuously improves Closing effectiveness by : developing new approaches and techniques; analyzing results; asking for feedback from manager and QA.
  • Completing Company Up-Training and or Sales Certification requirements
  • Updates job knowledge by : self-education; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications.
  • Ability to perform multiple and rapid Internet searches
  • Maintains a good professional work environment.
  • Attends all company meetings pertaining to this department.
  • Maintains a united, goal oriented, money motivated, and company-loyal team.
  • LEADS BY EXAMPLE EVERY DAY
  • Participate and exceed in regular trainings provided by the organization
  • Be a strong team player, abide by team and floor policies related but not limited to pre
  • intimation of leaves, absences, phone off time etc
  • Participate, cooperate and work towards working coaching and performance improvement plans with their respective team leader manager and performance improvement coaches.
