What You Can Expect

The Admin supports the México Comercial staff with administrative, project, office coordination and operational tasks. This role reports to Sales Manager. Success involves a high level of interaction and effective communication with team members at all levels of the organization. A significant portion of the job involves working with the Field Audit team to ensure accurate and timely travel expense reporting.

How You'll Create Impact
  • Responsible for accurate review and processing of department invoices and travel expenses, including the management of Field Audit team expense reporting
  • Work in collaboration with Project Specialist and leadership to provide project support for staff in Commercial Ops/Sls area
  • Executes Commercial Leadership Team’s domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Organize and coordinate in-house and off-site meetings, teleconferences and videoconferences including scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms and viewing calendars on leader’s behalf
  • May lead small process improvement projects, to enable more efficiency
  • Prepare written communications – emails, Microsoft Teams, presentation materials and other correspondence as applicable
  • Partner with leaders and Project Specialist to facilitate and coordinate employee engagement activities, including scheduling, reservations, vendor management and invoicing

Travel Expectations

20%. Potential travel to the Zimmer Biomet México office as needed for access to office supplies and equipment on an infrequent basis.
