Hiring two Sage X3 Support Specialists / Business Systems Analysts (ERP for an international manufacturing company. On-site (Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua) or Remote (Home Office)).

Description

We are hiring two professionals to support and improve the Sage X3 ERP environment. The role combines functional/process analysis, ERP administration, testing, documentation, reporting, and coordination with the in-house development team.

Duties and responsibilities

• Cooperate with the in-house development team (India & South Africa).
• Meet with decision makers, system owners, and end users to define current business processes, requirements, and system goals.
• Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and determine which processes can be automated.
• Analyze and review software capabilities.
• Define test criteria and test new functionality/enhancements.
• Pre-test changes in the TEST environment to confirm data accuracy and correct functionality.
• Design and document new programs and enhancements/modifications to existing software.
• Document policies, procedures, and business processes for company-wide use.
• Produce functional and technical designs for new requirements and deliver to the internal development team and/or vendor consultants when applicable.
• Perform general ERP administration after implementation.
• Build reports and support executive management with dashboards and KPI visibility.
• Coordinate with IT to apply patches and required updates.
• Develop role-based training materials and deliver end-user training.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Requirements

• English: Upper-intermediate / conversational (spoken and written) — able to communicate effectively with international teams (India & South Africa)
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS or equivalent relevant business experience.
• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or ERP Administrator.
• Solid knowledge of P2P and O2C cycles.
• Strong knowledge of software/system QA best practices and methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and investigative skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to research software-related issues and products.
• Adaptable and quick to learn new tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of Sage X3 – Manufacturing module (Nice to have)

Working conditions

• Salary: Negotiable (depending on experience)
• Contract (on-site): direct, unlimited after trial period
