You're the one making sure every campaign launches clean, every lead lands where it should, and every calendar slot is booked with intent. You’ll partner with our Head of Growth to plug revenue leaks, and find insights that unlock our next big win.

💡 What You’ll Own: Optimize. Activate. Scale.

You’ll be the secret weapon behind a high‑functioning sales org - the operational partner our SDRs, AEs, and Head of Growth count on to hit targets and crush KPIs. Here’s how you’ll make your impact:

  • Book 240+ discovery calls and 120+ strategy demo calls/month by generating high‑quality leads 🚀
  • Plan and manage 2×/month high‑ticket webinars - from finding guests to building funnels to managing the post‑campaign reporting
  • Optimize sales messaging: email sequences, snippets, and CRM flows
  • Partner with marketing to create full‑funnel visibility and alignment
  • Drive innovative, data‑backed strategies to consistently increase booked calls
  • Design smart sales incentives that actually drive results

🛠️ Sales Ops Extraordinaire - Build systems that s-c-a-l-e

  • Maintain and optimize HubSpot CRM like a total boss
  • Organize sales data, unlock actionable insights, and drive team effectiveness
  • Own backend onboarding & payment processing for closed deals
  • Track incoming revenue & payment plans; keep our cash flow tracker tight
  • Monitor sales KPIs and help steer strategic decisions based on what the data says
  • Ensure the team follows consistent processes (and help upgrade them!)
  • Lead the charge on AI‑enabled tool adoption to supercharge team efficiency
  • Research and recommend tools that reduce friction and increase performance
  • Share new ideas, experiment fast, and help us stay on the cutting edge
✨Are you our next Revenue Ops Unicorn? Here’s what we’re looking for:
  • 2‑3 years in Sales/Marketing/Revenue Ops (ideally at a SaaS or tech startup)
  • Proven cross‑functional experience across the revenue cycle
  • HubSpot mastery - we mean it! To thrive in this role you will need excellent command of HubSpot.
  • Strong command of AI tools - and real‑life examples of how you’ve used them to boost productivity
  • Proven success working toward KPIs and smashing them!
  • You’re organized, adaptable, and have a flair for project management (formal or not!)
  • Digital marketing chops: email, copy, funnel logic and results to prove it
  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal comms for our global customer base
