• Prior experience as Front Desk or Concierge at a 5 Star hotel or similar high-end services.
• CRM experience.
• Restaurant industry experience a huge plus.

Responsabilidades

• Restaurant support for over 500 partners for the Bay Area, NYC, and Miami.
• Manage day-to-day deliveries with operations.
• Collect and track information that provides sales intelligence for our team.

Conocimientos

Fluent English (Spoken and written)

Expert in Microsoft Excel

Prior experience of fast-paced administrative work

Great communication and writing skills

Efficient in self-managing
