Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, menu development, and maintaining high service standards. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Chef in prestigious establishments and is bilingual in Spanish and English. The role requires strong planning and organizational skills and a passion for culinary innovation.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
• 3+ years culinary experience in renowned restaurants or catering.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Set the direction of day-to-day operations and menu development.
• Maintain recipes and standard preparation procedures.
• Coordinate training activities for kitchen and front-of-house associates.
