A global automotive parts company is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative for its Shared Service team in San Luis Potosí. This 100% on-site bilingual position requires excellent communication skills and a degree in related fields. Candidates should have experience in customer service, be detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • Background in a customer service environment serving retail, distributor, and eCommerce customers.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and possess a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
