This remote role requires deep knowledge in Incentive Compensation Management and proficiency in SPIFF implementation. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, experience with CRM and ERP systems, and the ability to guide clients through successful project outcomes. Formación

• Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
• Proven hands-on experience with SPIFF, including configuration, deployment, and client support.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).

• Serve as a consultant on SPIFF projects, guiding clients through the entire implementation process.
• Conduct discovery sessions to assess business needs and gather requirements.
• Design and configure SPIFF logic to meet business objectives.
