A telecommunications services company in Veracruz, Mexico, is seeking an RF Project Manager responsible for GSM/UMTS/LTE network optimization and design. The role includes overseeing engineers, ensuring compliance with network performance metrics, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration. Candidates should possess strong GSM network knowledge, effective management and communication skills, and a degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. Remote work is an option, and a clean driving record is essential.

Formación

• Effective oral and written communication skills; can communicate effectively with all management levels.

• Ability to set clear goals and gather necessary support from team members.
• Demonstrated ability to perform in crisis situations.
• Current Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Customer service skills are a must.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee RF Design Engineer, MW Engineer, Optimization Engineer.
• Ensure network performance meets company KPI standards.
• Manage and lead RF projects with timely completion.
• Handle emergency situations and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with various departments for optimal network performance.

Conocimientos

Strong understanding of GSM, UMTS, LTE networks

Good working knowledge of RF Planning and Optimization

Excellent management skills

Excellent Communication Skills

Computer literate / MS Office experience
