A recruitment firm is looking for a candidate to manage inbound and outbound leads in Hermosillo, Mexico. You will engage with sellers through calls, maintain CRM data, and ensure smooth handoffs to the acquisitions team. The ideal candidate possesses strong English communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships professionally. Remote candidates, especially from Latin America, are strongly preferred. The role offers flexible hours with a salary range of $7 to $10 per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.

Formación

  • Clear and professional English communication with minimal accent.
  • Persuasive and strategic in sales approach.
  • Engaging and professional on phone interactions.
  • Ability to adapt conversations based on seller situations.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Podio.
  • Familiarity with real estate is preferred but not necessary.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage inbound and outbound leads, building rapport with sellers.
  • Conduct follow-ups and ensure smooth handoff to the acquisitions team.
  • Handle incoming calls and update lead data in the CRM.
  • Understand real estate market trends and adapt to new tools.
